Privacy Notice (KVKK / GDPR)

The operator and data controller of Otizm Dernekleri is ERDEM HANAY. For privacy requests: business@erdemhanay.info.

This site exists to provide a public index of autism associations in Turkey. There are no user accounts, memberships, or donation forms. We only compile and make searchable information that is already public.

We do not collect names, emails, or other personal data from visitors via forms. Organization contact details shown on the site (phone, email, address, social links) come from public sources; we do not invent private data. Only the following preferences may be stored in your browser, and they are never sent to our server:

• Your accessibility settings (text size, contrast, reduced motion, underlined links, easy-reading font), only if you change them.
• Your Google Maps consent, only if you tick “Remember my choice” when loading a map.
• Language is not stored; it is determined by the page address (/ or /en/).

To deliver the site, limited data may be shared with the following services:

• Cloudflare: hosting, security (WAF), and aggregate analytics. Your requests pass through Cloudflare; technical data such as your IP address may be processed for security and reliability.
• Google Maps: only when you press “Load map” on an organization page. Your IP address is then sent to Google, and Google may set cookies. If you do not press it, no request is sent to Google.
• Organization RSS feeds: news is fetched by our server; your browser sends no request or visitor data to the organizations.
• Fonts: served from this site itself; no third-party font service is used.

Site usage is measured in aggregate with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or fingerprint individuals. Details are on the Cookies and analytics page.

Cloudflare and (only with your consent) Google may process data on servers outside Turkey. Such transfers are limited to the technical processing needed to deliver the site and, for the map, to your explicit consent, within the scope of KVKK Article 9.

Because there are no visitor accounts, we keep no visitor-specific personal data archive. Preferences in your browser stay on your device until you delete them. Aggregate analytics and technical logs follow Cloudflare’s retention practices. Public organization records remain published while they serve the index purpose.

Under Turkey’s Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you have the rights below. Send requests by email with information that lets us verify your identity.

• Learn whether your personal data is processed, and request information if it is.
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly.
• Know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom data is transferred.
• Request correction, deletion, or destruction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and notification of these actions to recipients.
• Object to outcomes against you that arise solely from automated systems.
• Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

The site is designed to collect as little data as practicable under the GDPR as well. Beyond aggregate cookieless analytics, the optional map, and public index content, we do not build visitor profiles.
